With a B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from Bangladesh University of Textiles (BUTEX), hands-on experience in textile manufacturing, and research spanning recycled composites, sustainable materials, waste management, and circular textiles, I enjoy solving real-world challenges through innovation. My work combines scientific research, data analysis, and process optimization with industry experience. Driven by continuous learning, I also leverage Python, R, SPSS, and data visualization to support evidence-based decision-making. I aspire to bridge academia and industry by developing technologies that create meaningful environmental and social impact while contributing to the advancement of sustainable manufacturing and next-generation textile technologies."

This study investigates the potential of repurposing recycled high-density polyethylene (rHDPE) from used beverage bottles into sustainable composites reinforced with 70/30 jute-cotton fabric. The composites were fabricated using a hand layup technique followed by compression molding, with two variants: untreated and bleached fabric reinforcement. Mechanical, thermal, and morphological analyses revealed that the bleached fabric composite exhibited superior tensile (45.38 MPa) and flexural (46.46 MPa) strengths, representing improvements of 131.63% and 2.54%, respectively, over neat rHDPE. The untreated fabric composite demonstrated exceptional impact resistance (34.79 kJ/m2); a 204.74% increase compared to pure rHDPE. Thermal stability was enhanced in both composites, with higher degradation temperatures and residual mass observed. Scanning electron microscopy confirmed improved fiber-matrix adhesion in the bleached fabric composite, minimizing voids and fiber pull-out.
